As a result of a merger in 1983, Cincinnati Systems, Incorporated, was acquired by CTEC, of Charlotte, North Carolina, in a move that would prove to stimulate growth and develop product lines and services. CTEC was founded in 1959 as a Time and Parking Control Equipment dealership and has managed product lines and services into the largest Parking Control, Access Control, and Time and Attendance dealer in the Southeast. We are the largest US distributors for Amano-Cincinnati Incorporated, a global corporation originated in the 1890's. With our headquarters located in Charlotte, North Carolina, we are a multi-million dollar organization with offices strategically positioned throughout the Southern and eastern United States.
