Clark's Fish Camp is a seafood restaurant that is operational for more than 30 years in Mandarin, Fla. The restaurant started out as a bait and tackle shop. It offers a range of seafood, including escargots, lobsters, gators, kangaroos, venison, buffalos, trouts, groupers, crawfish jambalayas, mahimahi, conches, soft-shell crabs, chicken, hot dogs and hamburgers.
