The Cleveland Housing Network is a nonprofit organization that offers affordable housing opportunities for low-and moderate-income individuals. It is one of the largest developers and managers of affordable housing homes in the city of Cleveland in Ohio. The organization provides more than 1,350 homes for sale and operates over 250 multifamily units. It offers nearly 2,000 homes on a lease and purchase basis. The Cleveland Housing Network has undertaken more than 50,000 energy conservation and home repair projects. The organization operates a Homeward Homes division that has been in business since 1989. It offers family support services that include case management, community resource and referral, employment assistance, government benefits advocacy, and education and mentoring. In addition, it works in partnerships with Burten, Bell, Carr Development Corporation, Clark-Metro Development Corporation and the Famicos Foundation.
