Clinical Pathology Laboratories, also known as CPL, is a full-service medical laboratory that has more than 100 patient service centers operating throughout Texas, Oklahoma, Louisiana and New Mexico. Established in 1948, the laboratory serves individuals and independent practicing physicians. It specializes in anatomic pathology, cytology and clinical laboratory consultation services. Clinical Pathology Laboratories has expertise in a range of specimen collection procedures and laboratory medicine solutions. In addition, the laboratory offers cystic fibrosis screening and genetic counseling services. It employs over 13,00 individuals. Clinical Pathology Laboratories operates the Hours Twelve Oaks Medical Center, Hours Twelve Oaks Medical Center and Westlake Medical Center.
