Established in 1984, CMTS is specializes in construction and project management for public and private sector clients. Located in Portland, Ore., it offers its vast client base a number of services, such as project controls, cost estimating, scheduling, engineering/architectural design review, constructability and construction document review, commissioning and inspection services, among others. Its wide array of services includes services including transportation, education, public works, sports facilities and housing.
