Eric has over 20 years of experience building and operating as well as investing in more than 30 companies. He has an entrepreneurial background and has served as an investor, founder, CEO and director. Eric has provided mentoring and CEO coaching, along with advice on growth, acquisitions, strategic planning and board development to many Sterling portfolio companies. He invests in education and business services companies for Sterling Venture Partners and is a board member of several portfolio companies.Mark Wesker, CEO of Artifact Software, brings over 12 years of experience in the software industry to Artifact. As the co-founder of Sequoia Software in 1992, Mark served as President and Chief Operating Officer from Sequoia's beginning, through its transition to a public company, and until it was acquired by Citrix Systems, Inc in May 2001. He received his B.S. in applied computer applications from the US Naval Academy and was highly decorated for his combat service as a Naval Officer before joining the national litigation law firm of Wright, Robinson, Osthimer, and Tatum in 1988.Mike has founded several successful Internet-related companies, including TrialNet, which under his leadership as CEO/President, became the nation's leader in collaborative networking for the legal community.
