Family owned and operated since 1957, Colonial Manor provides nursing and rehab services to those needing short term stay following hospitalization or to those needing a long term placement due to not being able to manage on their own. We have an outstanding rehab department delivering PT, OT and ST services. We also offer a pulmonary rehab program focusing on those patients with complex respiratory problems; such as placement of a tracheostomy with need for intense treatment by a respiratory therapist.
