Centerplate is the exclusive caterer for the Colorado Convention Center and will tailor a menu program to fit the needs of any event. The center hosts a wide variety of events such as concerts, comedians, trade shows and business meetings. SMG manages, operates and maintains the Colorado Convention Center in the city of Denver on behalf of the city and county of Denver.
