The mission of Colorado Heritage Camps, Inc is to provide educational, cultural, and family related experiences, which support the healthy development of families formed by adoption with children from diverse heritages. Through shared experiences, each Heritage Camp provides children and families with a sense of community and individual identity. These camps provide an opportunity to share in a common experience that fulfills a sense of community and individual identity. It is our hope that every adopted child will leave a heritage camp knowing more about who they are and where they came from, and that every member of the family will have a better awareness of and sense of pride in their adopted child's birth heritage.
