The Columbia Restaurant in Tampa s Historic Ybor City was founded in 1905 and is the oldest restaurant in Florida, and one of the largest Spanish restaurants in the world. The restaurant serves a variety of Spanish and Cuban cuisine. Menu items include paella, shrimp, lobster, red snapper, mahi mahi, grouper, chicken, filet mignon, roast pork, soups and salads. It also has a wide range of desserts and wines, including Sangria, which is made tableside. Columbia Restaurant has seven locations.
