Entry is on the west side of the building.Our physicians are affiliated with Primary Children’s Medical Center, St. Mark’s Hospital, and Intermountain Medical Center, the “new" Cottonwood Hospital. We take most forms of medical insurance, but please contact your insurance company to confirm your coverage. Our physicians are accepting new patients. We offer same day sick visits and minimal waiting time for well visits, with hours from 9 am to 5 pm Monday through Friday.
