Located in Baton Rouge, La., it develops and improves real estate, bringing together land, capital, entitlements, design, construction and the market. The company is a successful real estate investment trust (REIT) and it has affiliation with the Baton Rouge Area Foundation. It is also a developer of retail, commercial, residential and mixed-use properties across the Southeastern United States.
