Community Action Partnership of Orange County is a human resources services agency. It is a nonprofit organization that offers services to limited-income families to obtain professional skills, knowledge and opportunities to become self-sufficient and productive citizens within their communities. The agency operates through various service units that include emergency assistance, housing, development, training, energy conservation independent living, and information and technology consultation. Community Action Partnership of Orange County supports various boys and girls clubs, schools, day care centers, programs, and other community agencies which serve children with disabilities.
