Community Action Partnership of Ramsey & Washington Counties brings together community resources to reduce poverty. We provide services such as early childhood education, energy services and financial independence training. We are a nonpartisan, locally-run, private nonprofit and are governed by a board of directors uniquely composed of representatives from the low-income community, government, and the business community. We provide services, we advocate and we are a strong member of the St. Paul community.
