Community Asphalt manufactures and provides asphalt paving mixtures and blocks for the highway construction industry. Its services include grading and paving, pavement milling, surveying, excavation, on- and off-road hauling, drainage and utilities. Community Asphalt has experience in all aspects of engineering contracting that includes industrial complex, parking lot, shopping mall, airport runway and DOT highway. Community Asphalt has three fully equipped asphalt plants centrally located in Miami, West Palm Beach and Vero Beach to provide its services to areas in eastern Florida from Cocoa Beach to Key West. Its centrally-located quarry produces FDOT approved Limerock Base Materials. In addition to cranes, backhoes, loaders, dozers, pavers, distributors, milling machines, graders and rollers its supporting equipment include vacuum sweepers, boom trucks, fuel trucks and truck mounted pressure cleaners. Community Asphaly uses AASHTO/CMEC Accredited Quality Control Laboratory in each location to assure quality products and workmanship. Community Asphalt has been in business since 1980.
