Established in 1982, Community Bridges is a nonprofit organization providing various health care services to Maricopa County that begin with prevention, and continue for individuals and families through treatment and recovery. Its clinical programs offer substance use disorder and behavioral health services to homeless, indigent and working poor adults. Community Bridges also provides various prevention, education and training services in schools, public and private hospitals, police and fire departments, and judicial environments within Maricopa County. Its services are licensed by the Arizona Department of Health, Division of Behavioral Health Licensure, and the National Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities. Community Bridges has more than four operating locations in Maricopa County, with over 135 full-time employees. Community Bridges is located in Mesa, Ariz.
