Established in 1996, Community Care specializes in treating various medical conditions and family practice. Based in Idaho Falls, Idaho, the health care center provides a range of services for patients of all age groups, undertaking treatment services for acute illness, physicals, minor surgeries, medication refills, ongoing health care, laboratory screening and free checkup. The clinic provides sports physicals for eastern Idaho area schools as well as maintains an in-house lab that provides drug screening for the patients. Additionally, Community Care offers home care instruction for numerous injuries, some of which include ankle sprain, dehydration, ear infection, gout, low back pain and nasal allergy.
