Community Health Center

Located in Akron, Ohio, Community Health Center has been providing a range of patient-centered care services throughout Ohio since 1974. Its services include addiction treatment, behavioral and primary health care, wellness, prevention and housing programs that serve the various needs of the community. Though its outpatient programs, the center offers counseling and specialized treatment services for youth, adults, women and children suffering from HIV and AIDS. Its advanced laser treatment services include tattoo removal, freckle, hair reduction, skin rejuvenation, and age spots and birthmarks removal. The center s employee assistance program offers services that include policy development, supervisor training, employee education and random drug testing. Its other programs include prevention education and outreach, housing and medically assisted opiate treatment.
