LDR Rooms
During the birth of your baby, you will be in one of our eight private labor/ delivery/recovery rooms designed to be as
comfortable and as homelike as possible. Each LDR room has a private bath and is furnished for the convenience of you and your family.
Cesarean O.R.
Our Birthing Center features a Cesarean Operating Room Suite. If a C-section is required, our Birthing Center is equipped with the advanced technology that enables us to provide quality, convenient obstetric care.
Postpartum Rooms
The Birthing Center also features sixteen private postpartum rooms, the perfect setting for you and your baby to get acquainted before going home. Each room has a warm décor to make you and your family feel comfortable in your surroundings.
Neo-Natal ICU
The Birthing Center also features a six-bed intensive care nursery staffed by nurses who are trained in high risk neonatal care should your baby require specialized attention. This nursery assures your baby will receive the care he or she needs.
HUGS and KISSES Infant Protection
HUGS is an advanced computerized security system that provides an identification band with a computer chip, which snugly fits around your baby's ankle. The chip gives nursing staff a constant fix on each infant's location and sounds an alarm if the baby is removed from the floor or if the tag is tampered with.
KISSES is an added security feature. At the time of birth, you will be fitted with a corresponding bracelet, which softly plays a refrain from Brahms lullaby when your baby comes within 18 inches. A buzzing sound signifies an incorrect match.
