Community Resource Coordinators, also known as CRC, is an independent, nonprofit agency that provides a range of long-term support coordination services. Founded in 1992, it serves youths, senior citizens and individuals with developmental disabilities. Community Resource Coordinators administers various educational, disability, Early Steps, assistive technology, therapeutic, job training and Medicaid programs. The agency also offers transportation, parental support, housing, recreational, advocacy, counseling and independent living skills training services.
