Community Services Group, also known as CSG, has been providing community-based mental health care services throughout central and northeastern Pennsylvania since 1972. It provides several outpatient treatment options, including case management, rehabilitation and vocational assistance and partial hospitalization programs. The group provides community residential housing programs for individuals with mental illness.
