Connection Point is a Sprint/Nextel Exclusive Representative offering all of their products and services. Connection Point has been in this location for over nine years. We provide service for business and residential customers. Our highly trained and skilled staff provide solutions and resolutions for our customers whether it's a cell phone, a PDA or an air card. More recently we have become a Sprint/Nextel service center repairing many of our customers phones in house while they wait. Our business model is based on honesty, promptness and always placing the customers needs first. Our customers service include checking bills regularly, recommending rate plan changes where required. We also make our customers aware of any corporate discounts that they may be eligible for.
