Connexus was established to provide community and family based care to children and adults with physical disabilities, mental disabilities and behavior issues.Our mission is to nurture, teach and strengthen all children and families served with respect, professionalism, and support so they can reach their full potential.Connexus responds to the needs of people through a range of services which improve the quality of life. Our goal is to promote physical and mental healing while encouraging human growth and development.
