About Company Conroe Plastics Molding, Inc has and will continue to be dedicated to the manufacture of quality seals, gaskets and specialty items associated with the Petroleum Industry. Our goals are to provide our valuable customers with the ability to purchase seals from any type of sealing material at the lowest possible tooling and part price. Conroe Plastics Moldings, Inc maintains a complete rubber molding facility. We produce Seals and Gaskets from most all Elastomers. For example: Nitrile, EPDM, FKMs, Aflas, Neoprene, HNBR, and various types of Rubber Impregnated Fabrics. Standard replacement items such as: Gaskets for Victaulic and Dresser Couplings, Mud and Plunger Pump Gaskets, Valve Inserts, Butterfly Valve Seats, High Pressure Swivel Joint Packing Sets, "J" & "U" Packing for Chokes and Gate Valves and wellhead items are produced with short turnaround Conroe Plastics Molding, Inc was established in 1989 in Conroe Texas. In the beginning we had only plastic injection machines and produced nylon and urethane parts. As time pasted we added rubber compression in order to add rubber and fabric parts to our offering. Today we have 48 compression presses, 7 rubber injection presses, and 9 Van Dorn plastic injection machines and a Haitian injection press. We operate 24 hours a day and produce all types of oilfield parts. We also have an in house machine shop with every machine needed to supply precision molds for our customers. Each machine is equipped with digital controls to produce accurate molds regardless of the geometry of the finished part. Each 'first article' part is inspected the Quality Assurance Manager and the mold reworked if necessary prior to being released for production. We have a large cold room allowing us to keep raw material in stock. We stock all common elastomers. This allows us to react as quick as possible to our customer's needs.
