Home Page Consigned by Design at Geist offers a constantly changing display of high quality furniture and home accessories. We have almost 6, 000 square feet of pre-owned furniture and home accessories for the most discriminating buyers and we receive new items daily. Why has "consignment" become so popular? As a seller you do not have to hassle with the cost of advertising your items or time-consuming and often rained-out garage sales. We have the experience to help you price and display your items in our convenient Geist showroom. Our customers have helped us build a strong foundation over the past 4 years in our current location and we have become well known as an established consignment shop with a reputation for customer service and fairness to both consignors and our shopping public. WHEN YOU ARE READY TO CONSIGN.... First, we ask that you make an appointment by phone to talk with one of our owners. An appointment allows us to talk to you without interruption and understand just what it is that you wish to sell. You can bring pictures if your items that are large and would need later delivery. We do not offer free pick-up but can help you arrange for pick-up at reasonable fees. We do have the right to refuse some items as we want to keep our reputation for high quality, clean home furnishings, priced to sell in a reasonable time period. Our consignment fees are usually 50/50 and we lower our prices slightly on each item at 30 day intervals. There is a one-time $15.00 sign-up fee to put you into our system no matter how many items you consign and no matter how many times you consign with us.
