Established in 1991 In January of 1991, Jerry Epperson, Enrolled to Practice before the IRS, was working as a Tax Accountant for Donald 'Mac' MacPherson, a Nationally-Known Tax Attorney and West-Point Graduate, when MacPherson urged Jerry to open his own Tax Practice. Jerry took him up on the suggestion and opened Consultax, Inc. in January of 1991.
