WHY IT MATTERS: Credit history effects more than just your ability to get a loan. Information on your credit report effects job opportunities and insurance rates. Bad credit can be fixed. To fix bad credit it starts with a good credit repair plan and includes a review of your credit report and credit scores with a credit repair specialist. This credit report review should be for free and you should never be charged up front for any credit repair services. A good credit repair plan is more than just filing credit disputes. Good credit requires income above expenses, proper budgeting, on time bill paying, and if required, a negotiation of payment plans with creditors.Give your credit repair specialist a call for your free evaluation 877-879-1177.

Finally, you will execute the credit repair plan agreed upon and monitor the credit score improvement.HOW IT WORKS The law requires an investigation into a, non frivolous, credit dispute within 30 days. The credit bureau must forward the relevant credit dispute, you provide, within the credit dispute letter to the furnisher of information. Once the furnisher of information receives notice of the credit dispute they are required to investigate the credit dispute, review the relevant information, and repost the results back to the credit bureau. If the credit dispute investigation reveals that the credit report is inaccurate, the furnisher of information is required to notify the credit bureaus so they can correct the credit report. When the credit report investigation is complete, the credit bureau must provide the results of the credit report dispute in writing. Inaccurate, unverifiable, deleted, items are not allowed back into your credit report. The credit bureau must also provide, in writing, the name, address and phone number of the furnisher of information. In addition, if asked, the credit bureau must send a correct credit report to anyone who received the report in the past 6 months if credit report corrections were made. Also they must send a correct credit report to any employer that received the credit report or any party that received the credit report for employment reasons.,AssociationsTexas Credit Organization,Texas Credit Organization
