Stormont-Vail HealthCare is an integrated health care system based in Topeka, Kansas. It resulted from the consolidation of Cotton-O'Neil Clinic, founded in 1955 by Drs. Robert Cotton and Robert O'Neil, and Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in 1995. Cotton-O'Neil Clinic is a multi-specialty group consisting of nearly 200 physicians working together to meet the needs of the community. Cotton-O'Neil Clinic also offers regional satellite clinics in Alma, Carbondale, Emporia, Lawrence, Lebo, Meriden, Osage City, Oskaloosa, Rossville, Topeka and Wamego.
