Stormont-Vail HealthCare is an integrated health care system based in Topeka, Kansas. It resulted from the consolidation of Cotton-O'Neil Clinic, founded in 1955 by Drs. Robert Cotton and Robert O'Neil, and Stormont-Vail Regional Health Center in 1995.
Cotton-O'Neil Clinic is a multi-specialty group consisting of nearly 200 physicians working together to meet the needs of the community. Cotton-O'Neil Clinic also offers regional satellite clinics in Alma, Carbondale, Emporia, Lawrence, Lebo, Meriden, Osage City, Oskaloosa, Rossville, Topeka and Wamego.

The members of the Internal Medicine division provide primary and consultative medical care to adults. Emphasis is placed on diagnosis, preventive health, and continuity of care in both outpatient and inpatient settings.
