As a part of Attorney's Office in Ramsey County of Minnesota, Child Support Enforcement section is responsible for educational and medical acre services for children of all ages. It enforces child support orders and obtains court orders for child custody and medical support solutions. The section also provides legal consultation services, as well as assistance with divorce action, child visitation and parenting time. It is also responsible for the establishment and modification of spousal maintenances. Child Support Enforcement section collects attorneys fees and support payments. It additionally enforces property settlement issues, locates noncustodial parents and establishes parentage of unborn children of court orders.
