Nita Duhe and Shelley Ross are natives of the Greater New Orleans area who have opened Crescent City Cooks to teach visitors to cook as the locals do. Tourists can learn to prepare dishes so they can relive the joy of their New Orleans visit after returning home. Classes are offered daily with varying menus which can be scheduled upon request. Hands on classes are also offered allowing students to be actively involved in the demonstrations. After the class, we have a unique speciality spice and kitchen shop.
