Located in Atlanta, Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center has been operational for more than 35 years. A part of Gray Health System, Crestview serves more than 25,000 patients annually. A more than 500-bed acute care facility, the center is approved by the Commission on Accreditation of Rehabilitation Facilities and the Joint Commission on Accreditation of Healthcare Organizations. Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center provides skilled nursing facilities, women s and infants' health services, cancer education and support programs, pulmonary rehabilitation, laboratory services, pain management, childbirth classes, and community lectures and screenings. The center also offers inpatient and outpatient care, community wellness and behavioral health programs, home health aides, primary care, cardiac rehabilitation, and long-term care and hospice services. additionally, it provides treatments for adrenal gland cancer, HIV and AIDS, alcohol and chemical dependency, arthritis, ear, nose and throat disorders, bariatric weight loss, and bone and soft tissue sarcoma.
