J. Stephen Crim II founded our law firm in 2001 to assist victims of all types of personal injuries. Before founding our firm, Mr. Crim gained valuable insight into insurance claims through his brief work at an insurance defense law firm. He also worked for a large personal injury firm devoted to helping injured Texans.
Our other lawyers have strong backgrounds that help us provide effective representation for personal injury cases. Our senior litigator, Jonathan Kieschnick, is board certified in Personal Injury Trial Law by the Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He also previously worked for a defense firm, where he represented large corporations and insurance companies in personal injury cases, giving him valuable information about how cases are defended.
