Created for energetic people looking to improve their fitness, diet and even a new social group. CrossFit Eagle Rock and CrossFit Merge have class times throughout the day to meet your busy schedule. Classes are one hour and get you sweating right away. We start with a group warm up, followed by a skill (we focus on one movement to improve) and then finish with a WOD (workout of the day). When time allows we do a post-WOD stretch. We are active leaders in Hood Run and Eagle Rock Run Club and try to create social engagements inclusive to all members and friends throughout the year.
