Whole Body Cryotherapy

The use of whole body Cryotherapy was originally developed in Japan in 1978, and the benefits have been studied and refined in Europe since that time. Now it's use highly visible in the U.S. with professional athletes!
A cryosauna lowers a patients exterior skin temperature anywhere from 90.5 to 30 degrees ( with the environment surrounding the patient at a temperature around a negative 202f!) for a period of one to three minutes.
How does it work?
When inside the cryo-chamber, and rapidly dropping your bodies skin temperature with-in a matter of 30 seconds. Your bodies natural emergency response system kicks in by constricting the muscles and blood flow from your extremities and protecting your bodies core first.
Why does this Happen?
Since the bodies temperature must stay at a consistent 98.6f, when your skin sends such an extreme cold signal to the brain it sends your blood circulation
into a shorter cycle with in the bodies core. During this response your body also begins to store itself with enriched oxygen, nutrients, and other necessary enzymes. Several treatments can even lead to increased hemoglobin levels.
