CSD Relay processes over a million calls each month. The company is a telecommunications relay service, which is designed to provide full telephone access to people who are deaf, hard of hearing, deaf and blind or speech impaired. In partnership with Sprint, CSD Relay provides telecommunications services from locations throughout the United States stand-alone centers are located in South Dakota, New York, Ohio and Arizona. It also has two remote stations located in Texas and Minnesota. CSD Relay, in conjunction with Sprint, has the capability to provide unlimited intrastate, interstate and international calling, redials, three-way calling, rerouting, automatic branding and number identification, Baudot and ASCII receiving and transmitting, toll-free access to relay centers, continuous service and operator-assisted services.
