The Savor the Flavors of Charleston focuses on the history of Lowcountry cuisine and sampling a variety of local delicacies (stone ground grits, Charleston bennee wafers, Southern pralines, sweet tea, collard greens, and Lowcountry barbeque.
Our Chef's Kitchen Tour gives you a behind the scenes understanding of some of Charleston's best chefs and their gourmet restaurants. The chefs will take you into their kitchens, discuss their approach to culinary excellence, interpret the menu, and give you a close-up peek at just what it takes to produce those fabulous meals.
