There is no “one size fits allâ€Â diet or magic pill we can take to improve our health. Each of us has individual needs, health concerns and food preferences. Therefore, you need a meal plan that is designed specifically for you. During our sessions, you will learn how to make better choices and to recognize the impact that your diet has on your health. You will walk away with the skills and knowledge you need to become the best and healthiest you. You will learn to recognize the behaviors and triggers that are keeping you from reaching your goals and strategies you can use to change those behaviors. You will recognize that there are three areas crucial to the improvement of your health: good nutrition, mindful eating and physical activity. Sessions will include concrete, "real world" examples of how to improve your diet while still including the foods you love.
