CVT Vascular Lab

Operational for more than 50 years, CVT Surgical Center is a health care organization that provides surgical treatment for heart problems, cardiovascular diseases and lung disorders. Located in Baton Rouge, La., it offers medical services for lobectomy, lung biopsy, valve replacement and laser treatment. The organization performs non-invasive tests to evaluate various blood vessel diseases, such as carotid stenosis, aneurysms, peripheral vascular disease and venous insufficiency. CVT Surgical Center also performs surgeries for esophageal cancer, carotid stenting, leg bypass, vein harvesting and thoracotomy. In addition, it operates a mobile vascular lab that provides a special modified van service used to transport equipment to physician offices and conduct non-invasive testing in Baton Rouge, La.
