The Dale Rogers Training Center, also known as DRTC, serves individuals with developmental disabilities. It is one of the oldest, largest, community vocational training and employment centers in Oklahoma. The center offers employment options for more than 1,000 people annually. The Dale Rogers Training Center administers a mobile workforce program. The center s vocational training program provides workers for industrial manufacturing, assembling, collating, shrink wrapping, product packaging and shipping services. Its special needs program includes assistance with personal care needs. The Dale Rogers Training Center operates a division, Prism Place. Operational since 1953, the center also offers life skills development services.
