Founded in 1981, Dayton Freight Lines is a privately owned freight carrier and services provider. Headquartered in Dayton, Ohio, it has more than 35 service centers in the central United States, including Illinois, Indiana, Iowa, Kansas, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio and Wisconsin. It also has a strategic alliance network in Canada, Puerto Rico and Guam. The company has more than 1,900 employees. It has a fleet of more than 800 tractors and over 1,700 trailers.
