HeartSaver CT Screens for heart disease using a computed tomography X-Ray to look for hardened plaque in coronary arteries. It takes pictures to measure how much calcified plaque is in the arteries.

Wound Care Chronic wounds can be the result of vascular disease or diabetes. The Wound Center is an outpatient treatment center with the experience & expertise to get patients on the road to recovery.
Cardiac Rehab We offer a comprehensive program providing patients with a structured exercise plan, risk factor counseling, education, & periodic evaluation. We work together to create an individualized recovery plan with the goal of strengthening & improving your heart.
