NEW! Concepts in Offense This class focuses on elements of attacking play in soccer such as dribbling with speed to attack, proper shooting technique and various types of finishing, drawing a defender away to create space in the box, attacking from the wings, defending to keep the ball in the final third, and more! This class is open to both Level 1 players who have taken a course with us and Level 2 players. Level 1 - Basic Foot and Soccer Skills Class Learn the basics of soccer by being exposed to a variety of moves, turns, and techniques for passing, trapping, turning, dribbling, shooting, defending, and more! If you are new to the sport or Level 1 class we will review the basics. If you have taken our Level 1 class before, we will expand on these basics with new moves and drills and try to end each session with a fun game! Level 2 - Intermediate Foot and Soccer Skills Class Learn moves, turns, or foundations in each class and take your foot skills and ball handling skills to the next level. We will work on more technical aspects of the game such as bringing the ball down out of the air, shifting defensively as a unit, as well as focusing on building your leg strength and soccer-specific fitness. Fitness for Soccer This class is designed for those who want to improve their game by working on strength, agility, balance, speed and endurance. Offered for both Level 1 and Level 2 players, this class involves ladder work, jumping, multi-plane quick speed movements, and acceleration training with and without the ball.
