Beautifully set on our sweet 16 acres of Charlotte woodlands w/ tropical trees, the 1200 sq. ft. gazebo at waters edge adjoins a large garden terrace that offers the perfect place for celebrations. Overlooking this quiet & secluded area, adaptable to many settings is our southern plantation home, representative of the 1800's. Also, this is a private place for conferences & meetings.

Wedding ceremony and reception, special events and occasions, smallcorporate events. Supplies all the necessary tables, chairs, table cloths, 200 lbs of ice and water for guests, fresh flowers. Full use of 16 acres of secluded land to use as you wish. Full use of two rooms. The option to use your own DJ, caterer, etc. or we can recommend a personal choice of ours.
