The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division is a part of the Columbia University Department of Psychiatry. The division offers assistance with issues elated to anxiety, depression and disruptive behavior disorders. It serves more than 34,000 individuals annually. The Child and Adolescent Psychiatry Division provides the Developmental Neuropsychiatry Program for children suffering from autism spectrum disorders. The division also conducts researches in the areas of epidemiology and neurobehavioral disorders. In addition, it offers a variety of clinical training programs for students pursuing doctoral degree courses in psychiatry.
