Focusing on fun while teaching very basic gymnastics skills. A blend of music, games, gymnastics & the use of small motor equipment such as ribbons, hoops, balls and balloons. •Tumble Tots A class designed for children ages 3-4. Music, games & small motor equipment play an integral part in this class as well. However, is a more skill oriented than the Tiny Tumblers class. Emphasis on teaching gymnastics skills. •Kindergarten GymnasticsA class designed for children ages 5. Boys & girls are taught gymnastic skills to increase their coordination, strength, flexibility, and prepares them for the progressive levels. •Recreational GymnasticsBoys & Girls 6 and up Classes: 1 hour classes. Students placed in a class of students in their own age & gender grouping, currently 6-8, 9 and up. They get instruction on all pieces of gymnastics apparatus designed for their grouping, and are taught basic to intermediate gymnastic skills, flexibility & strength.•Pre-Team Competitive Classes for gymnasts who have accomplished the skills in the recreational classes and are ready to continue to the next level. These classes require the student to attend twice a week. •Team-Competitive Gymnastics For the advanced female gymnast. They are taught the USA gymnastics Jr. Olympic compulsory or optional routines. Travel to competitions on the weekends is a part of this gymnasts life. This can be a very rewarding experience for the gymnast who reaches this level and commits to the challenge. Competitive level starts at Level 4. •Tumbling Several tumbling classes are offered. Beginning to Intermediate classes are divided by age. Gymnasts are taught beginning skills up through round-off back handsprings, front handsprings and drills for saltos. The advanced tumbling class will take the tumbler to the next level of Tumbling. Sometimes Adult classes are also offered. •Birthday Party PackagesTreat yourself & your children to a unique and affordable birthday party experience that will be long remembered. A great place for the kids to run and play You provide the goodies -- We provide the fun and clean-up!
