Desert View High School, located in Tuscon, Ariz., enrolls more than 1,600 students in grades nine through 12. The school offers programs that prepare the student for college and the curriculum includes subjects, such as English, math, science, social studies, computer technology, physical education, art and music. It offers advanced placement and honors courses in several subject areas, including mathematics, English, chemistry and physics. The school provides various opportunities for its students through fine arts, athletics, clubs and organizations. Its students may participate in band, yearbook and sports, such as swimming, tennis, baseball, track and football. Desert View High School is a part of the Sunnyside Unified School District.
