Established in 1968, the Catholic Diocese of Orlando includes more than 70 parishes under its governance. It is located in Orlando, Fla., and also operates various missions and more than 35 schools spread over Florida. It serves a population of more than 3 million Catholics. The Catholic church provides various community services through its various ministries, such as family, lay, ethnic, Hispanic and global mission ministries. It also operates a media resource center offering a variety of resources that include videos and DVDs, CDs and slides for all ages. In addition, the Catholic Diocese of Orlando offers its media resources to non-Catholic churches and schools for a nominal fee and online ordering as well.
