Who is Discovery Eye Foundation Share Founded in 1970 by Rita and Morris Pynoos, we are dedicated to finding cures and treatments for corneal and retinal eye disease, particularly as related to diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, ocular herpes, keratoconus and other degenerative conditions. Not only do we support doctors in the early stages of groundbreaking eye research, we reach out around the globe to the people who are suffering from these terrible eye diseases. Through the Macular Degeneration Partnership and the National Keratoconus Foundation, we provide a wealth of support, empowering patients with accurate information, up-to-date education and a responsive personal attention.
