Established in 1966, Interim HealthCare is a national organization providing health care personnel to various clients, including hospitals, nursing homes, physician offices, prisons, schools and clinics. It has more than 300 offices and provides various services, including home care, medical staffing, occupational health, site solutions and nursing support services. Its home care services include care services for persons suffering from acute illness, long-term health conditions, permanent disabilities and terminal illnesses. It also provides skilled care services through nurses, therapists and specialized caregivers that provide clinical intervention, such as wound care, assistance with medication and ambulation. Its other services include nonmedical services, such as assistance with daily activities, such as grooming, meal preparation companionship and transportation. Its services include per-diem, short- and long-term assignments for physical, occupational and speech language pathologists, assistants and rehabilitation technicians.
